Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled Nursing services are provided by our very experienced Registered Nurses under the direction of an ordering physician. RNs are on call 24/7. Services may include:
- Medication Management
- Infusion Therapy
- Wound Management
- Health education /Patient Teaching
- Resource Referrals
- Dressing changes, wound care, and ostomy care and support
- Urinary catheter care, care of feeding tubes or drainage tubes
- Medication management and assessment of unstable medical conditions
- IV Therapy: PICC lines, infusaport care, TPN, antibiotic therapy and more
Eligibility:
- An evaluation by an RN is performed to determine admission criteria.
Payment:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Waiver
- Private Insurance plans
- Sliding Fee Scale
- State grant funding for individuals meeting current guidelines
- VA Benefits
- State of Iowa Waiver
- Worker's Compensation
